The Centre for Open and Distance Learning (CODL) of Uva Wellassa University offers a Short Course in Information Technology in May 2014. This course provides an ideal opportunity for students who are in search of a good foundation course in Information Technology.

- Office packages
- Word processing applications
- PowerPoint applications
- Database management and spread sheet applications
The Course offers 50 hours of theory and practical classes. All the classes are conducted by well experienced University Lecturers and practical classes are conducted in state-of-the-art computer laboratories.
