The Uva Wellassa University invites applications from potential candidates for the post of Statistical Officer Gr. II (Temporary Basis) with the required qualifications.
Qualifications
1. Should possess a Special/ General degree with First Class or Second Class Upper Division from a recognized University/HEI with Mathematics or Statistics as a subject.
OR
2. Should possess a General degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in one years’ duration in Statistics with at least 30 credits in Mathematics/Statistics.
OR
3. Should possess an equivalent qualifications in Statistics Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Statistical work.

Period of Contract
The post is on Temporary for a period of minimum 06 months.
Salary
Salary for the post is Rs. 96,000/= (all Inclusive fixed salary) per month
