The annual blood donation programme organized by Animal Science Degree Programme of Department of Animal Science was held for its 11th consecutive time on 21st January 2020. Following the theme of “Donate Blood Donate Life” Animal Science Blood Drive 2020 was held successfully in collaboration with Central Blood Bank, Badulla and Monaragala. The event was made a success with the guidance of Consultant Transfusion Physician Dr. Nilmini Hettiarachchi, staff of Central Blood Bank and with the support and well wishes of the Academic Staff members of the Department of Animal Science.
