The Focus & Scope

Journal of Management and Tourism Research (JMTR) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published bi-annually and is devoted exclusively to the publication of original Research Papers, Case Studies, Review Articles and Empirical Studies covering both theoretical and practical topics in the field of Management, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism.

The Journal of Management and Tourism Research (JMTR) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal.

 

Publication Processing Fee

The Journal of Management and Tourism Research (JMTR) does not charge fees for publication of articles.

 

Publication Frequency

The Journal of Management and Tourism Research (JMTR) is published biannually. Publication will be in June and December in every year. 

 

Journal History

 The Journal of Management and Tourism Research (JMTR) is the official journal of the Faculty of Management, Uva Wellassa University. The Journal of Management and Tourism Research (JMTR) had its inauguration in 2018 and designed as an open access, peer-reviewed online and printed journal. The Journal of Management and Tourism Research  (JMTR) embossed sixteen sections which ranging from, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Innovation Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics and Statistics, Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Hospitality Management, MICE Tourism, Travel and Tour Operation, Special Interest Tourism, Destination Management and Marketing, Tourism Planning and Development, Contemporary Issues in Tourism, Event Management.
