A Course Director drives each degree program and each subject is expertly handled by the subject coordinator. The course committee comprising the course director and the subject coordinators is responsible for the successful conduct of these degree programs.

Our education process is designed to provide essential skills and broad general education for all the students. The subjects that come under the Essential Skills and Broad General Education within the purview of the Faculty of Management and Entrepreneurship are English Language, Communication Skills, Tamil, Sinhala, History, Ethics and Moral Studies, Law Basics, Fine Arts, Humanities, Business Studies, Project Management and Economics. Apart from these subjects, the degree syllabus contains subjects to provide thorough knowledge in Entrepreneurship and Management.
